Among some of the fantastic things I got to do was visit the Orangutans, see a turtle lay eggs and baby turtles being released, go into the jungle and spot wildlife in their natural habitat and walk in a cave filled with cockroaches & bats! The biggest challenge I set myself and my reason for going to Sabah was to climb the highest mountain. I managed to climb Mt Kinabalu to the rest point of 3270 and back and survived. I had a great time and experienced a few things I had on my bucket list!
